Bring the hearing aids you already own

We service and program all seven major manufacturers: Oticon, Phonak, ReSound, Starkey, Widex, Signia, and Unitron. Whoever fit your hearing aids at home, the odds are good we hold an account with the same manufacturer and can work on them here, cleanings, adjustments, repairs, and reprogramming included. Have they ever been verified?

Industry surveys put the share of providers who routinely perform Real Ear Measurement (REM) at roughly a third, which means most hearing aids, including many fit at excellent practices, have never been objectively verified. If you have worn yours for years and quietly suspect they could be doing more, a verification appointment will answer that question with a measurement instead of an opinion. How verification works.

The desert is hard on hearing aids

Dust, dry heat, and the swing between air conditioning and 110 degrees push moisture and debris into microphones and receivers. Devices that sounded fine at home in spring can sound muffled by February. We see it constantly, we can usually fix it in the office, and every six months we schedule a deep cleaning automatically for our own patients.

If something breaks mid-season

Repairs typically take two to three weeks, and we provide loaner hearing aids while yours are out, so a February breakdown does not cost you the rest of your season in silence.

California gives you a protection your home state may not: under California Civil Code section 1793.02, every hearing aid sold in this state can be returned within 45 days for a full refund. That window is long enough to be fit here, verified here, and confident before you head home. And if you split the year between two places, we are happy to coordinate with a provider back home.
