What we do, and how carefully we do it.

Every service here is built around one idea: verify the result objectively rather than assume it. That takes longer, and it is the entire point.

The Evaluation

Tested properly, in a real booth.

Your hearing evaluation happens in a sound treated booth with a calibrated audiometer, not with an app or a screener in a noisy room. Air conduction, bone conduction, and speech testing, so we know not just how much hearing you have lost, but what kind of loss it is and what it means for understanding conversation.

Working with physicians

We have been a referral partner in this valley for years.

Physicians across the Coachella Valley have referred patients to us for hearing testing for years, and those relationships were built one patient at a time. We are on the Desert Regional Medical Center campus in the El Mirador Medical Plaza, with an ENT practice and an outpatient pharmacy in the same building, which makes coordinating care straightforward when it is needed.

If wax is blocking the canal or something looks like a middle ear or eustachian tube issue, hearing aids are not the answer and we will say so.
